Before starting any finishing work, the space must be cleared of furniture and outdated materials need to be removed.

• Complete removal of old finishing: stripping wallpaper, removing old paint, dismantling tiles, parquet, laminate, linoleum and other coverings.
• Dismantling of old windows, door frames, windowsills and baseboards.
• Disconnecting and dismantling outdated lighting fixtures, sockets, switches.
• Removal and disposal of construction debris, thorough site cleaning before beginning new work.
